To qualify for a club record a swimmer must be:

A fully paid up member of the Box Hill Swim Team.

A fully paid up (Ranked) Category 2 ASA registered swimmer with the Box Hill Swim Team

Aged 9 or older on the day of competition and have achieved the time at a Licensed meet.

Records may only be set at meets entered through the club as part of the annual competitive calendar.
