- Always include a call-to-action on an email - whether you want recipients to visit your website, email you back or call, you need to make it obvious and easy to do it.
- Your newsletter is a chance to build brand awareness, so we tend to use the same colouring and logo as your website or campaign. It makes it even more likely that recipients will open it.
